1. About Our Service

Form5106.com is operated by Trade Document Services LLC, an independent document preparation service. We are not affiliated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Department of Homeland Security, or any U.S. government agency.

Our service prepares CBP Form 5106 (Create/Update Importer Identity Form) based on information provided by the customer. We deliver the completed form and CBP submission instructions via email. The customer is solely responsible for reviewing, signing, and submitting the completed form directly to CBP.

We are not a licensed customs broker and do not provide legal, customs, regulatory, or compliance advice. Nothing on this website or in our communications constitutes legal advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal authority to submit the information provided on behalf of yourself or the business entity named in the filing.

3. Service Description

Upon payment and completion of the intake questionnaire, Trade Document Services LLC will prepare a completed CBP Form 5106 based solely on the information you provide. The completed form and submission instructions will be delivered to the email address provided in your order within the timeframe selected at checkout:

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Trade Document Services LLC is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information submitted by the customer.

  • Rush processing: same business day, for orders received before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day

We do not submit the form to CBP on your behalf, contact CBP on your behalf, or represent you in any matter before CBP or any government agency.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

Trade Document Services LLC is not liable for any delays, holds, rejections, penalties, or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer, late submission by the customer, or CBP's processing timelines.

  • The accuracy and completeness of all information submitted through the intake questionnaire

  • Reviewing the completed form for accuracy before signing and submitting to CBP

  • Signing the completed form and submitting it to the correct CBP Center of Excellence and Expertise

  • Ensuring the form reaches CBP in advance of any shipment, refund deadline, or other time-sensitive requirement

  • Compliance with all applicable U.S. customs laws and regulations

5. Accuracy of Information

The completed form we prepare is based entirely on the information you provide. We do not independently verify, validate, or cross-check any information against government records, IRS databases, or any other source.

By submitting your order, you certify that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. You acknowledge that intentional false statements on CBP Form 5106 may constitute a federal offense under 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and that you bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of the information submitted to CBP.

6. Payment and Fees

Payment is required in full at the time of order. All fees are displayed at checkout prior to purchase. By completing payment, you authorize Trade Document Services LLC to charge the payment method provided for the amount shown.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change our service fees at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been paid.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if your completed form has not yet been prepared and delivered. Once the completed form has been delivered to the email address provided, the order is considered fulfilled and no refund will be issued.

If you believe an error in the preparation was caused by our team and not by inaccurate information you provided, contact us at support@form5106.com within 5 business days of delivery and we will review your request and correct the form at no additional charge if an error on our part is confirmed.

We do not issue refunds for CBP processing delays, CBP rejections, customer errors in the information submitted, or dissatisfaction with CBP's procedures or timelines, as these are outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Form5106.com, including text, design, layout, and code, is the property of Trade Document Services LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without express written permission.

CBP Form 5106 is a U.S. government form produced by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. We use it solely to provide document preparation services as permitted.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Form5106.com and all services provided by Trade Document Services LLC are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
